I understand that Ceroc & Modern Jive is an athletic sporting activity and that Ceroc & Modern Jive Adelaide can accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or injury to persons or possessions in relation to participation in these workshops.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in Ceroc & Modern Jive Adelaide workshops and other events I have read the above waiver, fully understood and agree to it.

Payment Instructions

Payments can be made via EFT (internet transfer), cash or cheque. We cannot accept or confirm registrations until payment is made in full. Final payments for the Holly & Allan Adelaide Long Weekender must be received by Thursday March 26th. Please note that there is no refund available on registration fees.
