Aerials: Flips, Lifts, Throws!
In this workshop we show how momentum, counter-balance, body positioning and core stability can be just as important as raw strength when executing those amazing and crowd-pleasing acrobatic Ceroc aerial moves. Depending on the level of the workshop, we'll teach moves ranging from "baby" aerials (where the lady's weight stays below the guy's chest) all the way through to full head-height lifts and throws, explaining how you can use them effectively and safely.
