In this workshop we will focus on one of the most important and yet often overlooked concepts of great Ceroc dancing - Framing and Connection. Good frame and connection allows dance partners to communicate better and have a greater appreciation for what each other are doing, and generally look more balanced and professional as a couple together.
This workshop teaches important technique and skills, provides practical exercises, and develops a series of moves of gradually increasing difficulty that utilise the key skills.

- Using other frames within Ceroc
